About Kazusa Genome Atlas

Kazusa Genome Atlas is a portal site for plant and animal genome data published by Kazusa DNA Research Institute , established in 1994. This website enables users to perform sequence homology searches, retrieve gene positional information on the genome, and obtain genome sequences of interest. We continuously develop technologies, such as ChatDaNyA - an AI chatbot powered by ANPLAT , to make genome data more accessible and user-friendly for a broader range of users.
